I tried to look them up online.. maybe 38424 in dormans "help" line.  I got them from O'Reilly's and the application on the package said they were for a ford bronco.  Four come in a package.  The smaller ones are a perfect fit.  BTW I cut mine long way to open them & slip over the striker w/o messing up the adjustment.
