New Job
I like to change jobs every 15 years or so (...keeps things "fresh"...) so after only two years in my current job this one is a little quick for me.
My boss's boss came to me a couple weeks ago with an opportunity; he said he heard of this opening and immediately thought of me.
It's in the GM Performance Variants, Performance Parts & Motorsports group. Full vehicle program, start to finish, on a low volume production vehicle. Off property location; three year commitment.
I told him to throw my name in the hat and the next thing I know I am transitioning...
So - effective Monday March 2, 2015 - I'm going to be an Engineer in the GM Specialty Vehicle Activity.

Re: New Job
That sounds awesome, congratulations.
Please tell me the low production vehicle is a new 2 door Chevelle model to be built in Bowling Green like the CTS-V. I've been waitin' a long time for that to happen.

Re: New Job
Paul, I think it might come true. There is talk of a new Grand National built on that chassis. Who knows what else will come from it if succesful.
