Besides The Parts Place and Ebay, where else can rag joints be purchased, for both Manual and Power Steering?

I bought mine from rockauto.com. I just took a look at it. I tried it and it fits well. The only markings on the box say "Coupling 200". Differences I found when comparing it to my original is that the original one uses rubber with white threads in it similar to a car tire tread. The new one is solid black and looks like its a hard density rubber, but shiny. Kind of like a polyurethane. Also, my original uses a 12 point head bolt. The new one uses a hex bolt.

I did read some time ago, if I remember correctly, NAPA sells the rag part of the joint as a replacement item. That would allow you to reuse your metal parts if they are still good.

Just FYI.

Now the next magic question.

How do you change the rag joint?

I know how to separate it from the gear box, but what about the other end?

Since I don't have a replacement to view, I thought the flange was part of the rag joint lol! .

Thank you.

I have factory manual steering but I think the flange is on the shaft. Someone with power steering should be able to confirm.

It is probably the same, because my car came with power steering and it is as you described.
