I'm more concerned with the rims. I like the car though. I think it's a parts car more than anything. Decent price but I think if it just needed a timing chain it would be running.

Those nylon or plastic cam gear teeth are notorious for sheering. The good thing about the smog era was there was lots of room for the valves to miss the pistons. Even if it has a bent valve, it's a great excuse for some heads and a cam. $3000 is too high for a car that doesn't run though.
