This past weekend someone broke into my storage unit where I was storing parts for my resto project. They didn't get much, mostly small easily replaceable stuff...switches etc.... What the slimey little worms did take that is hard to replace is the Front Marker Lamps and Tailight Lenses that although used were in very good condition. They also intentionally destroyed the chrome wheel well trim that I managed to find. If anyone knows of someone selling these items at a reasonable price PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THEM. Why someone would steal or destroy these parts is beyond me. Hard to sell that stuff up here in Fairbanks, Alaska. The wheel well trim was just plain cruel.......
Anyhow, the resto is a 1973 Grand Prix "J".......

Man...that just plain sucks. Nothing pisses me off more than someone destroying someone else's property just for the sake of destroying something. Sadly, this complete lack of respect for others' property and belongings continues to grow as our society continues it's slide into complete moral decay.

Apparently, they didn't get that lower valance that you worked so hard to find? Remember...there are those two '73 GP's sitting up here. Don't know what condition the lenses are in...but, would be glad to check.

The valance is on the car thank goodness. If you could check those front markers I'd be grateful. I just can't believe they stole those parts and mangled the moldings...
