better off at OPG
So when i wanted to swap in the manual four speed i found a "complete" kit on thepartssplace.com. Well this kit is actually junk, $289 later i had to buy a different z-bar through OPG and a clutch fork. Seriously guys if you are considering the swap it isnt hard just dont buy the kit from this guy. Buy it from OPG.

That's kinda strange ! I've bought a lot of items from The Parts Place, with no problems.....

They screwed me X2. Part of their problem is they list everything as fitting 73~77. Latest example is the El Camino SS dash emblem. I think we all know it fits 74~77 el Camino's only. Yet they list it as fitting all 73~77's, Monte, Chevelle.

Re: better off at OPG
I got new chrome dash vents at the Parts Place and they were perfect. Later I ordered a new console box with hinge, it was twisted/warped a weird way. It worked but the hinge will probably wear out pretty fast, it doesn't close as nice as the original.

Like every place of business.......it's only as good as the people who work there, so it's sometimes good & sometimes it sucks...depending on who filled the order. Too bad too...
