I like that car. I was zooming in under the hood and it shows the 45 years of surface rust. That makes me wonder what the floor boards, lower doors, and rear fenders look like. You don’t see any cars like this in the Houston area anymore.

I used to live up that way for a couple years back in the late 90's. Most of these older cars were bondo queens. Very few were kept from the harsh winters and maintained properly. So I've always shied away from classics of the rust belt region. Even my wife's mini van that was born here in Texas was affected by the rust from 2 winters even after religiously washing the under carriage after ever snow fall. But if it has been taken care of, it's definitely worth the asking price.

Theres nothing a little roofing tin and bondo can't fix. This is around the summer of 1998.

Wow. I definitely found some of that in my 1970 Camaro that I picked up outside of Green Bay years ago. I can’t wait to to use that technique on g3chevy’s Hurst Olds.
