1976 Laguna S-3. It's a long shot but could this be Olympic trim? What do you guys think? I've never seen a three stripe decal and small hockey stripe up the nose and back the fender into the door. Hockey stripe is gone but you can see where it was.

Never seen anything like that before. I'd lean towards a previous owner did it to suit their taste.

Also i think the Olympic trim package only came on Malibus

That's what I thought, and only in white? Wish I would have got a pic of the stripe going up the nose and down the upper part of the side of the car also.

i was surprised at the minimal rust in floors and none in the frame. my 74 back in early nineties was a dd and floors were getting near shot lol

Yes Malibu's only & White w/ the stripe pkg. They were Canadian built cars & most were sold up there from what I've read about them. There is a pic or two on here somewhere.
