Have any idea what back spacing I would need for a 275 or 295/35?

I think I saw a guy on here running a 12" slick that said he had 6-1/2"?

Re: My new 76 Malibu
I'm running 5.75" in the rear and the 315's tuck fully. I believe you would subtract 1/8" for the Baer disk brake setup.

So that makes almost 5.5" then. I was a little off.

Re: My new 76 Malibu
I was thinking more along the lines of off the shelf wheels when I said 5.5 because usually they are made with 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6 etc. but you are correct. I measured it out and the 335s I want to run should fit with a little room to spare on each side. By the website the BFG 335s are 13.2" wide and my wheel well measured 14.7 from frame to fender lip. I'll probably cut the lip and may roll the fenders for some extra clearance and width.

Re: My new 76 Malibu
I got an email back from Speedtech about the high clearance frontend parts to tuck 295s up front.. They want me to buy a complete system. Which is awesome, but it's $4,999.. So maybe I'll just order wheels with less backspacing and run road race flares or roll the fenders like a tuner.
