I had a couple of good Fords, a '40 coupe, and a '40 pickup I had a 331 (1955) Caddy engine in the pickup, and an Olds 324 CI in the coupe, with a Cad/Lasalle stick transmission.
Had a couple others also, but remember, I said "Good" Fords!

I used to have a 1950 Furd coupe in excellant condition with a 51 Caddy V8 and a Cad/LaSalle tranny. Traded it for a 56 Chevy 210. Wreaked the Chevy and fixed it back up and sold it with a primered front clip on it. Bougfht a pair of 54 Fords, one a 4 door and one a Starliner. Sold the Starliner after using parts for the 4 door. Put a completely full race 428 in it and wound up selling it some years later and got married. JB
