Meh, if all it needs is, say, a paint job and it's rust-free, I'd say it's worth it. Of course, the value of older rust-free cars in the rust belt of the US are practically doulbe that of areas where cars don't fall apart really fast. At least that's what I've experienced with older vehicles.
OTOH, I wouldn't trust any internet add that didn't have pics available...

I agree...what interest do you expect to get without posting a picture? And, if you are going to list your car, is it too much to ask that you learn how to spell the name of it correctly ("Brogram")? Sorry...to me, it just sends signals that this seller is not very informed about his car.

Could be worse. The ads that really bother me are the ones like this one:
http://joplin.craigslist.org/cto/2168010439.html
Basically this guy isn't telling you anything until you call him & by the time 15 people (if he's that lucky) call him to ask dumb questions, the seller will quit answering calls. Note to anyone selling online: Please at least tell us something about the car & include an email address. Some of us don't really feel like calling on every single vehicle that we look at. I personally pass on cars that I can't at least get them to mail me some pics & I don't mind conversing back & forth that way either. Not like it hurts to read & reply right? The ad I just linked doesn't even say where he's located or anything besides that fact that it might just be scrap worthy.

Brogram? Thats how they spell it in Nigeria. JBMcarlo77 wrote:I agree...what interest do you expect to get without posting a picture? Re: 76 Cutlass LOOK
i just dont see it. these cars would be worth 5500 if there a great daily driver but a 76 or 77 project cutlass just aint worth that kinda cash.
