The flying brick Empty The flying brick

Post by Brainstain Sat Dec 15, 2012 3:54 am

After deciding to use a bored out 6.0 LQ4 in my wagon I've had a 2000 LS1 sittin in my garage for sale. It's got a few things done to it and no one wants to buy it so I found it a home today.

My new to me 1991 Volvo 240 wagon. It was on Craigslist with a starter issue. After trailering it home we bumped the key to start chasing the issue down and she started right up. After driving it around town with a plate off my 76 Malibu on it, I literally don't see how anyone drives these things without getting killed. It is a TURD! I think "slow as shiz" is an enormous understatement. Luckily after another month or two of parts gathering I'll be ready to start the swap.

Btw it's VERY photogenic. It is a little rougher than what it looks. pig

Lol. Probably nothing. The extra weight and wind resistance would make it immobile. lol!

I bought his TPI book back when I converted. A lot of useful info, but you can't actually reach the guy in order to buy parts. He doesn't even respond to inquiries on his website.
