I have a few hoods but I'm gonna guess Indy is a little far away. One of them is even green too.

Re: Noob in Memphis
If you don't have one at all this would be a good time to consider fiberglass parts. I want a glass bolt on instead of pin on but never can seem to put down the dough for one.

Re: Noob in Memphis
I bet I lost an easy 60 pounds by buying my glass hood.
Tony: There is a local guy with glass doors on a 70s Camaro that drives it everywhere during the summer. I'd guess as long as you are sensible with them you wouldn't have a problem.

Re: Noob in Memphis
Welcome! Looks like you have a great start for a g3 project. Unless you are building a race car I would stick with a steel hood, I have never been a fan of glass parts.
Thanks Graham.

Re: Noob in Memphis
If you go for glass dont forget to grab some low tension hood springs. The stock ones are too stiff.
