got the oil and coolant schtuff to change fluids tomorrow gotta get plugs and then battery and see where it goes......it did want to start but gas gauge reads EEEEEEEEEE kkkkk i have no more

What's wrong with that? I had two kids in car seats & still put them in the back seat of my Eclipse Spyder. Kids go in, top goes up. Kids come out, top goes down!

I used to have a 64 Dodge Dart 4 speed convertible and loved it, but it sure played havac eith my cataracts. JB

Convertibles are really supposed to be good weather cars. Maybe older ones leak, but I drove through a blizzard from Baxter Springs, KS to Lawrence, KS once. Looking back it was a stupid idea & my buddy's beetle didn't make the whole journey, but mine sure kept us all warm & dry for the duration of the trip. I never had the wind noise either until about 120-130+ mph. Very Happy Oh well to each his own I guess.
