77 elco SS
Hope everyone is well, I just purchased an elco today and have a question for everyone. Who makes the best fitting door seals and window felts to fit a 77 elco SS? Also maybe an aftermarket dash or OEM if the price is right.

Re: 77 elco SS
Congratulations on your purchase. Unfortunately no one makes an aftermarket dash for 73-77 and uncracked originals are very pricey if you can even find one. There are some aftermarket caps that you can install over your dash but they are not a perfect fit. You have already found the best place to look for parts and advice. Best of luck!

How about introducing yourself in the introductions section.
In order to advise you properly, it helps to know what your end goal is with this car; 100-point trailer queen, daily driver, demo derby, 1/4-mile sprinter, burnout king, fair weather cruiser…

Undecided on the outcome if it, flips usually but may be a driver this time.

Re: 77 elco SS
To paraphrase what 77camino said, original dash pads that are not cracked are essentially made of unobtainum. The best way to deal with it is to send it off to Just Dashes – for just under $2,000, your dash will be as good as new. The least expensive option requires lots of labor and patience on your part; repair it yourself using plastic repair techniques found on YouTube.
Door seals and window felts can be found on eBay and some restoration suppliers.
Good luck, post photos and keep us updated on your progress.

Thanks for the info, looks like I'm going to be a dash repair specialist in the near future LoL. I will attempt to post photos but not to tech savvy.
