I can appreciate all the hard work and the money that goes into these customs but I just don't get it.

Interesting.

Does it actually run and drive?
Just by looking at the supercharger pulley ratios and the fan, I would guess 'NO.'

It's a push the car out of the trailer, over to the show display, and then repeat in reverse order.
