i have found someone to make me bed braces from hat chanel comes in 10 ft lengths anyone interested it will be 2x2 1inch lip per side for spot welding will not be exact u will have to form and wel to the rest of support framing

Good luck with repairing the bed. I built the beams for the bed on my '77, but sold them when I discovered that the frame was rusted bad internally.
What year is your Elco ??
