Crossing my fingers that it's keyed correctly, not that it's off by 90° or something like that.

paint the brake calipers and the repair kit, at the same time I painted the steering gear. and a few other parts in the same aluminum color.
brake pads will be power stop ceramic and slotted and drilled discs.

It looks like you've got a 10SI alternator installed on your engine. Have you considered upgrading to a 12SI? It's an easy direct bolt-on upgrade with no changes to the brackets or wiring.

I have used 63 amps chargers without problems, if you mean the adequacy of the current output?

I haven't decided that place yet, maybe it won't be clear until the engine is in place.

I ordered led headlights last year. today I blew the mounting buckets of the lights and fitted new lights to them. fit directly without any modifications. these also have daylight and turn lights. the purpose is to cover the place of the original turn lights.

passenger side of the corner has sometimes taken a hit. holes are from the old repair. I blew both corner pieces on both sides and the broken one has to be repaired. Those are some casting material, so Mig welding cannot be successful.

I made a backing plate out of sheet metal. I fixed it with chemical metal and put aluminum putty on top.
still needs putty and sanding.

I got the rear bumper to the right height. the ends need to be narrowed, a filler piece below the license plate and steel filler pieces for the rear corners.
the old plastic filling pieces are left out.

for fixing the bumper I made four threaded pieces which I welded on. I put 8mm stud bolts on them, which I welded to the threaded piece from the outside.
I filled the old mounting holes.
the lower part to the bumper must be completely renewed.

in addition to other work, I opened rear cover. no lock, fortunately the locking pin opened without breaking.
axle ratio should be standard 2.73, have to look when I lift the car up.
I bought a new carburetor, edelbrock 1906 avs2 650cfm.

The upper plastics of the door trim are in pieces. I sanded off the adhesives and wiped with brake cleaner.
I screwed the pieces to the iron beam, the connector pieces with fiberglass. when they stay together, I put fiberglass all the way.

I screwed the an connectors to the fuel sender.
I bought an aluminum radiator, it came with the two fans in the picture, but I think I'll leave the original one in place.

a couple of questions,
I need a new back seat upholstery. Does anyone know who sells upholstery for the back seat only?
where can I find an ac delete box, or do I have to do it myself?

Since these upholstery sets are made to order I would just inquire if they are willing to make and sell only the rear seat. Otherwise my guess is you will need to use material by the yard. Hope you find something.

I have only heard of an AC delete cover of which there are several. Is there a box too?

I asked carupholsteryguys about the upholstery, and you can't get rear upholstery separately from them, and I haven't seen anywhere that only has rear upholstery.
