doing a little updating. getting new gauges. same kind, just new. kickin around some new mufflers, thinking on the flomaster 40 series, as there 65.00 each right now at jegs. now, should i throw a little NOS at this thing, or put a set of gears in it?? its a weekend car, no big roadtrips. i have 3.42 in it now. thinking 4.10s. on the NOS side, id put just a 100 shot on her. i dunno.

I'd go for the gears since you don't have to keep throwing more money at refilling a nitrous bottle every now and then.

Nitrous to go fast but I wouldnt do the 4.10 gears 3.73s maybe but id stay with the 3.42s its a good around town gear.

I ran 4.10 gears with a TH350 for a few years. Talk about turning some RPM's! Freeway travel is a little brutal.

Pass on the Flowmasters. There are better chambered mufflers out there for cheaper prices IMHO.

I say stick with the 3.42s & go for nitrous. That way your gas mileage won't change, but you still have the extra kick if you need it.

I'm all for BLUE DEATH! Smile Just set it up right. Buy an MSD retard controller and wire in some Hobbs switches. You don't want to blow anything up.

anyone run or maybe heard what dynomax ultra flos sound like?? round bullet muffler. guessing a glasspack sound. says fiberglass packing. mmmmmmmmmmmm me likey!!! price is good too.
