agreed..just not for 2200bucks...i could get a complete one here for less than that that hasnt burned down.

Kind of what happen on Monday. Big lowrider car show in Vegas last sunday and the trailer flipped with this 58 impala on it. Car had just won for the 3rd time, Car of the year.

The paint? For real man?

A repaint is the easy part since it's probably insured through Haggerty's or some other collector insurance company & the damage will be covered $$$. What is gonna be hard/irreplaceable is the rear quarter panel, trim, & rear glass. If you think finding parts for our cars is hard, imagine one that's nearly 20 years older! I know where a couple are just sitting rotting away, but parts availability make it a pain to even think of owning one. 58 & 65 are my favorite Imps.

Um yea the paint I already know the car would be covered under the insurance I am / was referring that is / was a very custom paint scheme and more than likely a custom color And I am sure the guys over at Impala Bobs can hook him up with almost everything needed for that restoration / rebuild.
