Hey guys, heres another question I have. I need to know if the color of this console is original or a bad respray by the factory or someone else. I have never seen this color before on a console. I have seen one that is a darker tan, with a light brown tone to it, but never this light. I have a lower door panel that gives available color names and there are 2 of them that are called medium saddle, and one that is light saddle. Take a look at the photos in this link and tell me what you think. This is out of a 75 Monte.

THAT IS THE WORST SPRAY (IF YOU WANNA CALL IT THAT) OR R EEEWWWWWWWWW HURTS TO LOOK AT IT GET SOME ADHESION PROMETER SAND THAT BUGER DOWN PUT TWO COATS OF THAT ADHESION STUFF THEN SPRAY I BLACK BRO

Yeah, i thought it looked pretty scary too. Its not from ebay, but the guy that has this car isnt the orig. owner. He says the whole interior is a light tan color. I saw a photo that showed the carpet...where the console was, and it was tan. He says it was how the car came, but he dont know the history of that car. In any case....what I was asking original in this post was, have you ever seen THIS color in another car? Is there any way thats a factory color? I have a lowe door panel that has a color listings on the back that says there is a medium saddle, AND a light saddle available. Could this be a light saddle?

no thats not an original color light saddle is in my friends 73 and his is no where near the color of this

I offered him 50 for all...he said no. It would need a total rehab. I thought it was a fair offer. I hope it dont sell and nobody meets his reserve.

Hmmm...that doesn't look like a factory color to me ... but, I've been wrong before ... lol.

Do you have pics of the rest of the interior, by chance? What color is the dash board?

only other pic I saw was of where the console WAS. The color of the carpet was tan. Thats all I could see.
