seatbelt retractor Empty seatbelt retractor

I have the rear seat out of my 74 and am going to reintroduce the belts to the world because I have two kids now. The driver's side retractor does not retract. I tried to respool the coil but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

What color belt/retractor? Might have one for you. Buckles can be different, so maybe post a pic to verify style?

The belts are dark blue. I think I neglected to say it was the driver's side rear seat belt retractor that doesn't recoil.

I think the right and left are interchangeable aren't they?

I have had a terrible time trying to find the one for a 74 that goes under the seat for the drivers side. I have three and none of them fit. Two are from a 74 and one from a 75.
