FOUND MY BUILD SHEET! Empty FOUND MY BUILD SHEET!

Well i WAS pulling the louvers off today and looked behind the back pannal and found my orginal build sheet straight from the factory at chevy back in 75 alot of cool things for it. what does this mean? is it more valuable?
