I have someone in my area selling a 77 el camino roller for $350. Can someone tell me if this will fit under my 73 chevelle?

2 door cars are 112" wheelbase. 4 door cars, el caminos and wagons are 116" wheelbase. So that 77 el camino frame will not fit your 73 chevelle.
Also, 73 chevelle frames are one year only. The difference is the the bumper mounting in the rear. 73 rear bumpers mount with brackets to the sides of the frame. 74-77 mount with a flat mounting plate sticking straight out the back. Similiar to the bumper shock mounts on the front of a 74-77.
You can section the rear part of a frame for the mounting areas.

Thanks for the info. My frame isn't to bad just need to repair one rear body mount but for $350 I figured it would be nice to have one to clean up and swap over. Thanks again.
