Id love to do another one but its too far for me this year, 900 miles just to the start in WI and then to long haul it would be a 3600 mile round trip

I'd love to, but they never get anywhere near me.

Re: Hot Rod Power Tour
In 20 years they came near me twice. Once in '96 and then in '07. I went both times, it was pretty cool. Here's me & Boyd in '96 at summit motorsports park

Re: Hot Rod Power Tour
Made 3 days of the hot rod power tour. (Madsion, IL on Monday, Memphis, TN on
Tuesday, and Birmingham, AL on Wednesday). Drove a little over 1,200 miles in 4 days.
Lots of cars each day. Must have been 3,000 to 4,000 cars each day. I would guess that 60 to 65% of the cars and trucks were less then 15 years old. There was even
a couple of motor-homes on the tour. It is still a lot more fun to drive a 40 year old car.
I only saw 1 G3 Chevelle, a 1974 out of northern Indiana. It was impossible to see
all the cars.

Sounds great. Hopefully more G3s were there than you were able to see!
