Speedo cable fubar
Been a while since I have been behind the dash... is the speedo cable easy to replace on the back of the guage itself.
Had the trans end hanging and it got pinched closed 6 inches from the end.
Any tips on finding a new one if i can't straighten out the tube? Easy to replace the guage end?

reach waaaaaay up behind the dash, push the release tab, and it pulls out the back of the gauge. You have to replace the entire cable, not just the piece on the end. You should be able to get a replacement pretty easy. I got mine at an auto parts store called Mereles, but thats here where I live. I'm not sure if the chain stores like Autozone carries them, I stay away from those places!
