Has anyone else seen the new Sonic commercial where they are driving a "half car half truck". Anyone know what it is made from. I don't believe it is a El Camino or a Ranchero. I think it looks like it is built from a 1st gen Monte. It appears to have early S-10 Tailights. What are your thoughts?What is it? Image13

The more I look at it, I think it is a 70-72 El Camino. At first I thought the sides looked to flat to be an El Camino.

Definitely 70-72 Elcamino, but with C1500 tail lights or something.

Yeah Canada did that with the Beaumont, that looks like a Canadian "Eh"Camino.
