Rocker molding mounting
Hello,
Just installed a new fender but I don't know how to attach the rocker molding.
The fender already has these metal brackets on it:

I can either get the top or the bottom in, but not both.
This is the back of the molding:

Those brackets on the fender have nuts on the inside of the fender. You'll need to remove those and install the brackets inside the grooves of the fender molding. You can see where there are tabs machined into the back side of the molding that will need to be bent out a little bit to install the brackets. Then bend them back down to secure them properly. Then insert the studs into the existing holes in the fender and replace the nuts on the inside and snug everything up. Then you should be good to go.
