From what I dug up a couple years ago, small blocks use orange red and big blocks use orange.
Dupli-color DE1607 for small blocks and DE1620 for big blocks.
You can also have an auto body supply mix up anything you like in base coat / clear coat. It will withstand temps to 400 degrees.

Plastikote 200 should be spot on and as far as I can tell, de1620 and plastikote 200 is the same shade of orange.
Picked up a 454 that is going on the Monte instead of the 350 from an 89 van :-)
Could be worse right :-)
