With Great Sadness
With Great sadness I post this
Kobe Bryant died in a helicoper crash in Calabasas Sunday morning … TMZ Sports has confirmed.
Kobe was traveling with at least 3 other people in his private helicopter when it went down. A fire broke out. Emergency personnel responded, but nobody on board survived. 5 people are confirmed dead. We’re told Vanessa Bryant was not among those on board.
Edit: Kobe Bryant, His 13 yr old Daughter Gianna, Team mate and Parent of team mate and The helicopter Pilot were killed in the Crash May they all R.I.P. GOD SPEED to all

Re: With Great Sadness
Tragic news for all involved.
Really didn't follow Kobe's career as I lost interest in the NBA decades ago...and, I love b-ball (played on the H.S. team and college intramurals). Still enjoy watching college ball as it retains more of a team player atmosphere. Not comprised of players who are only out for themselves and their individual statistics that gain them large salary contracts.

It is sad anytime something like this happens. As an old Air Force Fly Boy I have attended more Memorial Services than I care to remember. May they all Rest in Peace.
