steering centerlink question Empty steering centerlink question

Post by alive 75 Fri Feb 28, 2020 3:27 pm

so i'm getting ready to change my front end steering parts ball joints, tie rods, upper control arm bushings, idler arm, and a few other things, I'm having a problem finding a center link for my 75 monte, either its almost 300 bucks or not available or its a r&r, I remember back in the late 80s hearing that some of the parts on the front end were non wearable, could it be it's true with the centerlink on monte carlos
let me know what you guys think, thanks Danny

the second hole needs to be there to mount the steering stabilizer , no listing on jegs or summit and napa was 200 +on there website ,https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/RPC25864?partTypeName=Center+Link&keywordInput=steering+centerlink
''same thing with autozone, I really didn't look on ebay I was hoping to find one and have it delivered to a parts store so i can easily return it in case it didn't fit but when I seen the price of it I figured ask around,,,,, I did get one from rock auto and made sure it had the second hole for the steering stabilizer, it arrived yesterday and its all good
