Ok tranny shifts great but on the occasion when I'm speed shifting it from 3rd to 4th it tribes going into 4th. If I give it a second when shifting it goes right in am I being too rough

You cant be too rough on it. Sounds like you might have a worn synchro. Or is it possible your coming off the clutch slightly while going into 4th? Or are you shifting without the clutch at all?
