Finally got my door pull strap fixed. If anyone here with damaged pull straps, maybe this will serves as a tutorial to you. The original factory hole in mine was stripped out(this was before I got the car) and some genius decided it would be a good idea to move the cap over and drill a new hole. That looked worse. So, I removed the door panel, and backed up the pull through holes with a hammer and smashed the holes back down flat with another hammer. On the previously completely stripped out hole, I put a J-clip on it. Didn't really need to, but, I wanted to be safe. Ordered these kits(contains end cap, cover cap and 2 screws) from The Paddock for $10.95 per kit. Got them a few days ago, and put it back together, and it looks brand new. Here's some pics:

Congrats man. Looks great.
I can tell you about some booty-fab on my car. On the door panels, they had broken off most of the tabs that hold the three different panels together, and instead of fixing them, they simply put screws through the panels. They looked like garbage, but I did what I could, so now the door panels look pretty darn good. Cool

Thanks, I agree!

I was going to pull off the passenger side and flatten those holes back out, but I didn't want to risk damaging the end caps and having to pay another 30 bucks for new kits.
