Drag day June 8th Maple Grove Pa, Anyone?
If the weather holds off, I will be heading to the track for the first time this year with the fresh motor in the chevelle. In case you didn't know, Scott Foxwell did the heads and intake for me. The head flow is up a little, but mostly corrected and 2.35 intakes installed. The intake was ported and a 1" spacer blended in. The short block has new rings and bearings in it and with the head milling the compression is up a touch. On the bottom end is a new Moroso eliminator pan to give the crank a little more room. Hopefully this will show something in the ET. The engine diaper is in, the parachute is on, and the car has been painted. If anyone is interested in meeting me there or looking to run their own car, I will be heading out.
