Nope, that's a point type, with the little door in the cap, where the dwell can be adjusted from the outside, with an Allen type hex wrench.

You cold send that carb to Mountain Man Carbs. They do a great job on rebuilding Q-jets.

I just looked at the rotor, it looks just like an HEI rotor. The cap also doesn't have the coil, another telltale that I missed. Ooops.
