Marion County Fair Car Show

Car show today. First one of the year for us. Looking forward to next weekend in Somerset KY if the weather holds out!

Re: Marion County Fair Car Show
I just went to a big local show yesterday that had a decent g3 showing. I saw a nice '73 gto, a nice '73 442, a nice '77 cutlass, and a ratty a$$ '73 elcamino. Sorry no pics as I was trying to keep an eye on two kids (one who was really whiney) lol)

First of all, what with the 70 camino with the square headlights?
Second, Saturday in Somerset should be 85 with 0% chance of rain!
Look forward to meeting you and seeing your car Ghost Rider.

Actually a 72 Elcamino with 78 Grand Prix headlights. He's from the Chevelle club and has his own speed shop. And if the weather holds out will be there with bells on.

The bumper is a '70, '71/'72 don't have turn signals in them. The square lights look kind of cool.

Cool, looks good! If I knew where the Marion county fair grounds were and that there was a car show I probably would have gone.

One more chance Hawk! State Fair on August 17th. Book early it fills up fast. Entry fee is cheaper than going in to see the fair and the parking could not be any better! LOL

Just saw this. I get really excited taking my 4 year old son Jacob to shows with me, but whiney wouldn't cover it with him sometimes. They have a kids area at the shows here and he always wants to go there and run/jump/slide on all of the things they have there. If it were up to him we would go to that and never even look at a car. I still have fun with him though. He is a good boy and it makes me so happy to see him smile. I'll just have to miss a car or two I guess. lol
