Re: MONTE FRONT BUMPER TUCK
looks really good. Did you cut the bumpers where they run along the fenders on the outside?

Re: MONTE FRONT BUMPER TUCK
Nope I have 1 inch clearance, bumper to fender. I had to trim the flexible fillers though.

Thinking about doing the back too. I can only go in a little over an inch on back.

Did you just trim the fillers along that front edge that sits under the bumper?
Or did you have to cut back further?

Re: MONTE FRONT BUMPER TUCK
Just trimmed to match the profile of the bumper, there's room for error.

Re: MONTE FRONT BUMPER TUCK
OK...probably starting this soon, wasn't sure where to trim.
I did get an extra set of corners just in case.

I'll be looking out for your pics to see how it turns out. I was told to just remove the center section on my 75 Malibu but I would have to trim the edges. That makes me kind of nervous.

Re: MONTE FRONT BUMPER TUCK
I have a 1973 monte carlo that I want to tuck in the front bumper. What exactly do I need to do and are the bumper fillers still required after this modification
Thx in advance.

Re: MONTE FRONT BUMPER TUCK
that work is still in progress, as I have thought about how to narrow the bumper from the corners. it will probably be completed during the winter.
