With NO title thats all its good for, i for one wouldnt mess with a non title car without a sherrifs notice that its not stolen.

Absolutely. Always have the VIN "run" to check if its stolen. Then get a handwritten bill of sale with the VIN on it from the seller. Then start dismantling or if your state allows, apply for title.

Looks to have original hub caps. Good project car if a title can be had through DMV. Not sure if it's possible here in Mich....
If anyone is interested, a visit to the local DMV to ask may be worth the effort.

Not sure how easy it is to get a title here in MN, either.  About a year ago I stopped in the local DMV office to inquire about that and got a blank stare.  Was then told to go to their website.  If I remember right, that only served to create more questions.  Decided then I didn't need anything so badly that I was willing to jump through all their hoops.

$500 for this car is a pretty good deal, though.

That car would have been sold already here in Mi. The derby and figure 8 clowns love to destroy the 73-77 a bodies.
