Did the 74 Lagunas come from the factory in any colors other red or white?

They came in Black,Bronze ,Silver ,Taupe, White, and Red.

Really? Huh.

I've been eyeballing one (I'm kinda hunting for another Laguna) that's for sale locally and it looks black or really dark brown (taupe?) I was a tiny bit suspicious because I thought I read something from GM that said they were only available in red/white.

I think for '74 you are right.  Iirc the original literature I have said they were only available in white until late '74. I'll see if I can find the brochure and see exactly what it says.

The only interior color combination options on the 74 Laguna were black, dark red, and dark saddle.
I was incorrect about the bronze exterior color... There were 6 offerings to choose from:
Black WA848
White WA3967
Red. WA4533
Silver. WA4319
Taupe WA4518
OrangeWA4501

I found that GM paperwork and you all are right. It said that the 74s were introduced with red/white, but other colors were introduced later in the model. Never knew that.

The one i'm looking at looks black/black with white trim and a full white vinyl top.
