No. Unless you change your header panel. 73 grill is all plastic and mounts UNDER the center portion of the header panel. 74-77 grills mount to the front of the header panel.

You would need the entire Laguna nose which is a bolt on.  I believe joe misread and  is referring to the std grille.

Would help to know where you live as shipping one of these is pretty much cost prohibitive. There is a guy here in Mpls selling a '74 nose on Craigslist...and, he also shows a '73 grill.
