Re: 1973 chevelle parts?
factory wiring is still in the car. I started this project ten years ago. the tac. & gauges used to be in the car. I had takin them out to do a new wire run and some one stole them out of the back seat while the car was sitting. I have everything but the tac and gauges. I wouldn't be aposed to use a real nice aftermarket trim to fit cluster if I can find one. if you all know where I could get one of those that would be awesome too.

Re: 1973 chevelle parts?
I've never seen an aftermarket kit for our cars. Â I have some 2" mechanical gauges in my dash bezel. Â They slide right in. Â As for the speedo and tach/fuel gauge, some aftermarket ones could be modded to mount in the factory cluster or maybe even slid into the bezel like the 2" gauges. Â My cluster has been modded to slide the mechanical temp sender through the rear but I dont think I touched the factory circuit tape on the back. Â
If your thinking of going with this type of setup, I'd be looking to sell my cluster, dash bezel and Aiwa radio complete as a package. Â Nice clean parts. Â The silver trim around the bezel has been touched up. Â Radio has a CD input jack on the front which should allow an mp3 player or phone to plugged in to play music.
Black gauges are not included unless you really want them, then we can work that out. Â They are SW (Stewart Warner) oil press, water temp, vacuum. Â Bought them in the 80's. Â
Everything is still installed in my car.

what are you looking to get out of it. message me or just give me a call. I really need them bad. new all the way around and can even drive it due to no gauges and nothing to hold the gauges in.
