Custom dash? Or just custom gauges in the existing dash? 'Cuz I've done the latter:

No one makes anything aftermarket that I know as a full assembly. I would be looking for a round gauge panel and just buy some modern gauges to put into it. Or if you are up for it just make your own. I think the options are factory, factory modified and full custom.

Three years ago A guy at Original Parts Group told me they make a complete replacement round gauge set up for our cars. it cost $930. I didn't explore it further.

made mine as well. Whole aluminum dash and autometer gauges. More of the stock car vibe but it fits what I wanted.
