Can an open rear be made limited slip/posi by adding s-clips to carrier or are they different carriers?

Different carriers. Add a spool if you're trying to go real cheap.

Thanks! That is what I thought but was told different. I am not looking to go cheap just wanted to confirm its not as easy as adding clips. Thanks again.
