Seat Belt Retractor Bolt

I seemed to have miss placed the bolts for the seat belt retractor that goes on the ceiling. I tried some bolts I had laying around but none fit. What size of bolt do I need to buy that will fit?

I may have my Car tomorrow once again my Tow woes have started 4 calls to 4 different people for 5 days I am so sick of this Crap I may just got swipe a trailer from my Buddies shop overnight and leave him a case a beer in his toolbox he has on it LMAO

Here's a pic of one. 5/16" (1/2" hex head) x 1 1/4"lg.
