Trnsmission cooler line..
Anyone remember which of the lines to the radiator is the return line to the trans ? I have a cooler to add to my Elco.
Not sure if it's the bottom one.....

Re: Trnsmission cooler line..
It's more important you get the trans ones right..
Upper is return in
Lower is to cooler
I'm pretty sure the top in the rad is the return.
I have an additional cooler so mines a mess of lines and fittings (all AN stuff)

If the car is set up right, the lower line on the radiator tank is the inlet, and the upper is the return to the trans. The most efficient heat exchanger is a counter flow heat exchanger. So since the engine coolant is moving top to bottom, you want the trans fluid to move bottom to top.
