OK we have a runaway winner here so this will be the design with some tweaks to the final design to make it more appealing

#5

In my personal opinion, just as someone that has designed a website from nothing & does graphics for a living.... nothing more... lol, here's my thoughts:

#2 or #4 would be your best bets. None of the others have enough contrast to look great.

The black background takes away from the logo & somewhat from the black on the cars.

Too much red on #6

Too much white on #7

I'd suggest these on light colored shirts, but not white unless you went with #2 and got black lettering where the white is.

The Dude, there is gonna be about 65 diff color choices for shirts, and once a overall choice is made that will be the overall shirt/ sticker design as well, and if the black background one is chose he can put a white outline around the G3GM which is what he was supposed to do anyways and if a dark shirt is chosen he can also put a white out line around the design

In that case, #5 would be my choice for a dark shirt if the G3GM logo had a white outline.

i dont like the green chevelle.

and really,a cutlass is not a G3,just like the monte. so why not be bias and just have a 73 chevelle and a 77 el camino? it is G"3"GM, Generation 3 GM.

i am in the 73-77 a-body showcase and its just that. 73-77 a-bodies...........................no car pics on the banner, even the shirts had no car pic. just a logo.just my $0.02

i do like number 5,but honestly would not wear a shirt that has a chevelle and a cutlass on it,when i own a monte. Cool

if i offended anyone,IM sorry. but you wanted opinions. sunny

Well Just so everyone Knows it not being Biased on any ONE car or another it is representing the site not your car,

and 1973 454 Monte if you want to pay to have your Car Vectorized into a digital format they can put your car only on there ( for a shirt), but that cost would have to be worked out between you and them, I have no control over that.

Technically...

Buick
Century - 3rd gen
Regal - 1st gen
Gran Sport - 3rd gen

Chevrolet
Chevelle - 3rd gen
El Camino - 4th gen
Malibu - 3rd gen
Monte Carlo - 2nd gen

GMC
Sprint - 2nd gen

Pontiac
Le Mans - 4th gen
GTO - 3rd gen
Grand Am - 1st gen
Grand Prix - 3rd gen

Oldsmobile
442 - technically a 3rd gen, but was really only a model in it's own right from 68-71
Cutlass - 4th gen

1st gen cars - 2
2nd gen cars - 2
3rd gen cars - 7
4th gen cars - 3

Hence the G3GM title for our forum. Does it fit every model? Of course not, but it does represent the vast majority. Personally, I'd rather see a design where all of the cars are represented or at least a bigger variety than a 1973 Chevelle & a 1973 Cutlass. Where's the late model stuff? Who's representing Pontiac & Buick? Can the design be improved? Of course it can.... Anyone know of some members willing to post up their Can Am, Century, Monte, Elky, Sprint, etc. & allow it to be put on a design & sold for no part of the profit?

Chris, I'm not offended & welcome your opinion. Without constructive criticism, Limey may as well have picked out the design himself & tried selling them.
