Radiator core support removal - 73 SS
Can anyone tell me if the front bumper needs to come off before I can remove the radiator core support on my 73? It's been years since I have messed with one and the factory assembly manual says that the bumper is the first thing off, doesn't seem like it would need to be though..
Thanks..
Bill

I took the bumper off on my 76 when I did it. I don't think its worth battling that heavy core support with the bumper there.

i took my bumper off also. if anything it would make the core support much easier to install.
