Shift cable hole position
I spoke with someone a couple of months ago about this but can't find the thread. I just install column linkage and shifter cable linkage in my 73 SS. I'm trying to get my shifter in the correct place and the hole in the floor pan correct. Does any one have a pic, measurement, or advise....thanks guys....

Re: Shift cable hole position
Is this where the original shifter is supposed to sit....is this the correct set of holes......if it is then I will drill the hole where the cable lands......I have to repair the hole in the hump first......I am really appreciative of every one one this site......I've bought quite a few parts and my project is moving along nicely......
