way down. No interior pics to speak of so you have to assume it's pretty bad.

Question--can you tell from his photo that it is a 454? Or even a big block? I'm genuinely curious.

Yes, I agree. The price is on the high side. But its definitely a big block. You can see the EGR valve front and center on the intake. On small blocks they are near the back right corner of the carb.
