Road Trip!!!! Empty Road Trip!!!!

First off, I'd like to thank Limey for picking the old Turd for Ride of the week. I'm honored. Thanks!
That picture was taken on day 2 of a 6 day road trip. We left our home south of Minneapolis and to Mount Rushmore. Coming back thru Nebraska and north thru Iowa. All of this was on two lane roads too. The old Turd was flawless for 1686 miles of driving. I had no doubt it would not leave us stranded. NONE!
While in the Black Hills we also did the Needles Highway. Had a blast for sure. I strongly suggest others doing this sort of thing. Road Trip!!!! 20230519

Thanks RevinKevin. The Black Hills were a blast. Even with the "Cube" (as it has become to be called) I was tempted to do some spirited driving. haha
I kinda had a problem on 5th day though. I lost the Dakota Digital cruise control I put on 2 weeks before leaving. It lasted about 1300 miles before it just quit. I had to lift it to check the speed sensor. Notice I even had a jack stand with me. Very Happy

Thanks 73ss. My goal was to get at least one thumbs up, and one smile on this trip. I exceeded both by a long shot. lol Anyone that had to follow me for any reason had to see this too. I think it might have put a smile on a few. Very Happy It's even reflective.
